I don't remember it ever being named, but the daemons in that book weren't very often named. Most people probably didn't know what other peoples' daemons' names were unless they were close friends, daemons were very personal.

All daemons have names of course, but I don't think it was ever said what his name is. Minty's right, not all daemons names are known, the two humans have to be close (like Lyra and Will, or Lyra and Roger. I'm not sure if Lyra even knew Stelmaria's name.)

I don't know. S'a cool name, but I think leaving the monkey's name out through all the books was a way to leave the monkey sort of "mysterious-ish" and stuff.
